Responsibilities:
Job Scope & Objectives
The Web Developer will support the team in developing content applications using the latest Internet technology. This position is also responsible for regular content and web page maintenance and upgrade, for implementing correctly corporate user interface standards and methodologies, and implementing project-based site enhancements in accordance to business requirements.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop & maintain web pages.
- Carry out technical research into future technologies that can be implemented on the Site, and suggest improvements to the Site.
- Provide technical support on web pages/applications to Business Units.
- Participate in Quality Assurance activities and User Acceptance Testing.
- Writing of technical documentation.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum Diploma holder in Information Technology or related field.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Knowledge of XML, PERL-CGI, PHP, Ajax, Content Management Systems (Drupal, Joomla, Wordpress, OpenCMS) will be an advantage.
- Experience in web page development will be an advantage. Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply.
- Team player who can work under pressure; flexible and can deliver on schedule.
- Strong attention to details.
- Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Good command of English.
- Singaporeans and PRs will be preferred.
