Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
· Design & develop the front-end of portal application and enable it for mobile application;
· Monitor and improve the performance;
· Control access to information by ensuring proper permissions sets are in place to provide or restrict access as appropriate based on need-to-know;
· Make recommendations for tools and processes to improve information management and access, clearly articulating documentation and content needs;
· Liaise with users on security matters in regards to portal.
Pre-requisites skills:
· Expert capabilities with web design/development using latest technologies and Open Source technologies;
· Ability to prepare functional specifications, design, development and roll out of the portal applications;
· Exposure to develop mobile applications for iOS/Andorid devices;
· Able to initiate programs and ideas on how to improve web sites & mobile applications;
· Strong sense of design, layout, information architecture and navigation of web sites and online marketing;
· Comfortable with web based applications, web editing software, and web based meeting and chat tools;
· Knowledgeable in HTML, Javascript, web forms and other associated technologies;
· Experience with electronic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, and other Graphics tools is desired.
