Senior Web Application Developer -for Indians

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop web applications to meet business requirements;
• Enhance and provide user support to existing in-house web applications;
• Liaise with respective vendors to provide solution to solve any technical issues that may arise.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or IT;
• At least 5 years relevant technical experience in web application development with strong knowledge in database;
• Extensive hands-on experience with developing PHP, HTML, Javascript, CSS and AJAX web applications from the ground up, as well as modifying, enhancing and building on existing systems and codes;
• Strong knowledge of Yii PHP framework is necessary;
• Hands-on experience in relational databases such as MS SQL server;
• Hands-on experience in open source platform such as Magento, Drupal, Joomla & Wordpress;
• Working knowledge of Linux and Apache administration;
• Working knowledge of SDLC and UML Documentation;
• Good Knowledge of ECommerce domains and previous experience in digital agency environment is a plus;
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills;
• Excellent communicator, a good team player, and self-motivated;
• Passionate about latest web technologies and trends;
• Fluent in English is a must.
